Added ANIMDEFS variant, PHOTOSENS, loaded when reduce VFX is on. Profile menu is slightly modified to ensure texture animations are reloaded whenever reducevfx might be set, and all animations in PHOTOSENS are set to a minimum of 8 automatically.

Preliminary work on round queueing from menu. Pressing Spindash on a level or cup while in a netgame will queue it into the current round queue; cup queueing will clear the queue first.

Prevent official/outdated build replay crashes wherever possible. Staff ghost replays cannot be viewed, and title screen/credits demos are disabled entirely. New TA replays are now saved in a new folder to prevent as much accidental overlap as possible; save data checks for TA folder names are disabled to allow the continued usage of official build saves.

Fix for netxcmd buffer overflow in 3-4 player splitscreen, creating a MAXSKINUNAVAILABLE constant of 128 to better accommodate the new skin limit (code pretty much entirely suggested by toaster, huge thanks).

Further refinement to random level select - added Respawn+Action combination to select random level from all available for gametype, restricted Z/Action randomization to only with Z+A combination to prevent disorienting menu shuffling.
