Add Shellscript for automated building on Linux and MacOS

This adds a shellscript that completes the build process, then moves the finished executable into the projects root file. It acts identically to the build.bat Additionally this changes the readme to reflect the extra available file, and the main.c to call the executable an executable rather than an EXE.
