R.E.D. Metal Sonic requested to merge redmetalsonic/srb2p-public:BreakSkillsInstantlyFading_Fix into next

Removes deprecated code for stats reverting (since it's not needed lol) and fixes a bug that causes break skills to instantly be reverted when people get up from down, have a passive activate, etc.
