Ensure BTL_splitSkills is not interrupted by invalid implicits

NerduMiner requested to merge nerdyminer18/srb2p-public:invalid-implicit-bypass into obt-136

BTL_splitSkills can get interrupted if an implicit chain leads into an invalid identifier. We can gracefully exit handling said chain by logging the invalid identifier. The break after the warning print may or may not be necessary and I'm open to removing it.
