Allow custom dungeons to have a custom reapertimer

Spectrum (Jonathan Dove) requested to merge spectrumuk2/srb2p-spectrum:custom-dungeon-reapertimer into next

If no reapertimer is specified, the reapertimer for custom dungeons defaults to 0, which disables the reaper (-1 is instant reaper)

Also fixes the typo in the default last floor for custom dungeons when floor data isn't supplied
