Make VE_ITEMJAMMER jam item descriptions

Credit to discord user MeovvCAT for reporting this. VE_ITEMJAMMER was jamming the names of items when it was active doing Void Runs, but the descriptions were still readable and gave hints as to what the item was. This MR aims to fix that by making the description also useless. I tried testing the game to confirm this but I could not get the item jammer event to occur so as of now this is being supported by theory alone.
