James R. requested to merge james/Kart-Public:http-mserv-12 into awful-mix

Notable features include:

  • 15 minutes between updates, instead of two
  • Servers actually try to register again after srb2.org has gone down
  • Changing master servers actually works

srb2.org is slow so you'll have to wait longer than with the old master server. (That's why updates now occur every 15 minutes.) Multithreading registration/updating/unlisting may be easy though.
