Deployer fixes for v2.2

To get the Deployer builds, I made these changes:

• Updated 2.1 info to 2.2
• Updated Linux Deployers to target the following Ubuntu series: Eoan, Disco, Bionic, Xenial, Trusty
• Added libopenmpt requirement to Linux Deployers and Debian packaging
• Dummied out patch.pk3 non-sense; shouldn't conflict with !516 (merged)
• Fixed this yflip error that was crashing the Mac Deployer -- see code comment
