Put savefiles in a dedicated folder

Lamibe requested to merge Lamibe/SRB2:save_folder into next

The SRB2 directory can get quite messy and savefiles participate in that.

This MR put saves in a separate folder in an attempt to make the root folder cleaner. This folder can be specified with the -savedir command-line parameter and is by default "save".

Replay aren't concerned as they are already separated.
