Fix slope contrast

chromaticpipe ‎ requested to merge chromaticpipe2/SRB2:slopecontrast-fix into next

While porting shaders to 2.1 I noticed this commit which adds smooth slope contrast.

Except it actually doesn't work at all due to the cvar not being registered!
