Draft: Revive Haiku build

Originally planned to be a new thing until I found that HaikuDepot already had SRB2 2.2.9 in it (it even had a 4.8 rating, so, yeah). So instead, I'm reviving the old build.

Known issues:

• Mouse input is janky and unresponsive.
• Netcode doesn't work at all (many related issues here, some even relevant to other builds).
• MIDI doesn't work and can potentially freeze the game.
• Switching renderer is unreliable.

More issues might be added to the list as they are discovered.
