Wall texture scaling

Adds texture scaling to walls.

Software to-do:

  • Fix Y scaling on two-sided midtextures
  • Implement FOF texture scaling

OpenGL to-do:

  • Fix the offsets (they are wrong)
  • Implement FOF texture scaling
