Draw Per-Character sprites on Nights Attack Menu

This merge makes it so the NFLY sprite for your selected character is drawn on the Nights Attack screen

Note that this may cause issues with characters that don't use prefcolor or supercolor for NiGHTS (Pointy Sonic, Fluffy Tails, SMS, etc).

Also note that as of right now, detail is lost when Sonic is selected as the graphic made specifically for this menu has 2 frames, while the actual in-game sprite has one.
