Better viewpoint switching

LJ Sonic requested to merge reverse-viewpoint-switch into next

Imagine being in a 32-player server and then the 31th one says "f12 me".

You can now press shift+F12 assign a key to switch your viewpoint in reverse player number order.

The "Viewpoint" control has been split into "Next Viewpoint" and "Prev Viewpoint", enabling much less frustrating navigation through viewpoints in large servers.

In addition, the console no longer gets spammed with "Viewpoint: player name" messages. This makes the console's history a LOT easier to navigate. The HUD already gives you that information anyway.
