Client-side map header option

This map header option is useful when you want to make a completely custom map where you want to make your own code that is used to modify the map locally and you do not care about the consequences of desynch as this map header option will make resynchs not occur when the game is out of synch in the map that has this map header option set. However, you will still receive the gamestate when you join netgames with this header option to make SRB2 playable. Press backspace on MAP01 with the test files loaded to toggle the FOF's ceiling height and picture locally.
