Make S_IVSP and S_THUNDERCOIN_SPARK fullbright

aiire requested to merge (removed):fullbright-ivsp into next

I noticed invincibility sparkles (plus the thunder shield's double jump spark thing) are not fullbright (when they probably should be for the sake of consistency)
