Use int64 for shockwave calculations (fixes #589)

pastel requested to merge pastel/SRB2:overshock into next

Certainly not the most elegant solution but should prevent any overflow issues while preserving the function's current behavior. Also uses R_PointToDist2 instead of FixedHypot for good measure.
