Remove P_AproxDistance deprecation warning

I feel as if this function is common enough in mods to warrant getting a similar treatment to !1138 (merged), at least in my experience.

Maybe this is a dumb idea, but the fact that !1400 (merged) is straight up re-adding P_AproxDistance back into the source code makes me think otherwise.
