Add carry type to fans

pastel requested to merge pastel/SRB2:fancarry into next

Fans are super annoying to deal with in lua because there's no easy way to check for them. This merge request makes them play a bit nicer and adds CR_FAN for detecting if the player is riding on a fan object or is inside a fan sector.
