Fix SPC looping on libgme versions >= 0.6.3

Later versions of libgme changed it so doesn't loop endlessly, and stop playing when reaching the track end. This merge requests restores the old behavior, well kinda, the status of looping is taken into account so it doesn't loop unconditionally.
