Change default config path to reflect HVR config file

coatlessali requested to merge coatlessali/high-voltage-ring:master into master

Fixes the step of renaming HVRBuilder.default.cfg to UDBuilder.default.cfg, thus fixing #1 (closed), at least when building on Linux. I am unaware to if there is a reason this change wasn't made earlier. Feedback appreciated.
