Spray Cans and small funcs

  • ACS configs
    • Add GrandPrix(void) and GetGrabbedSprayCan(void)
      • Mirrors KartKrew/Kart!1498
    • Add IsNetworkGame(void) and PlayerBot(void)
      • Mirrors KartKrew/Kart!1502
    • Rename BreakTheCapsules(void) to PrisonBreak(void). Better to do this before release than after!!
  • Things config
    • Add MT_SPRAYCAN
    • Adjust MT_EMBLEM and MT_CHEATCHECK to more accurate names, instead of their legacy TD and SRB2 origins
    • Remove the D00DKart objects that were deleted
