[2.2.10] The down arrow for the addon menu doesn't disappear when there's no more items to scroll through at the bottom.

While messing around with the M_FSEL graphic, I noticed that the down arrow doesn't disappear when you're at the bottom of the list. The up arrow doesn't show when you're at the top of the scroll list.

This also happens with just vanilla graphics.

EDIT

Forgot to mention that the down arrow appears even if there's not enough items in the list. It's placement varies depending on how many files there are.
