[next] CV_RegisterVar can sometimes return a function.

Occurs with: L_fcam-v1.pk3

When attempting to call it, it appears to error with the string you input...
Notably this function != error, it might be LUA_GetErrorMessage?
I believe this might be due to using CV_CALL.
