(prefoppositecolor) Sign colors are wrong and/or not consistent with the save menu

Bluebell sign in 2.2.4:

There's a lot of major and minor alterations to sign colors throughout. For example the orange sign (sonic's default) has an extra row of dark pixels on its left side now. Not really a big deal, but the colors are inconsistent with the save menu which still uses the sign colors from 2.2.4.
