[2.2.14/2.2.15] Where instead of the game chatbugging, the server freezes without warning.

Me and a few other server hosters (both normal and dedicated) are having this issue, which causes the chatbug to be 10x worse than before. This is most likely caused by !2238 (merged).

I will be testing !2591 (merged) out in my server, and giving my review a while after I've applied it to my server. because I personally dont want a 2.2.17 to happen
