[2.2.14-pre2] OpenGL palette rendering does not reflect changes in sector's colormap
While toying around with the modificable colormaps in sectors, having palette rendering enabled doesn't reflects the changes always staying the same. However OpenGL can actually reflect the changes by disabling palette rendering.

I made a map as a test enviroment for showcasing the issue, use the 3 color buttons to alternate RGB:

By the way, palette rendering can reflect the colormap change but only once when it wasnt enabled on map load, and enabling it afterwards, then it will go to square one.
