[2.2.13] Calling P_PlayerInPain on a player who isn't PST_LIVE causes a sigsegv.

Attached is a example PK3 that can replicate the issue upon attempting to spawn in a netgame.

I got it to Sigsegv on first attempt Also attached are crash logs - Release compile and SDL compile respectively.
