[2.2.11] LSSTATIC's scroll speed varies depending on the position in the Level Menu.
While figuring out why LSSTATIC
was crashing... I found out that the scroll speed for it depends on where you're at on the Level Menu. This one was only done in the Multiplayer Section but it's possible that it might occur in other menus. Unsure if it's because it's below the default 2048 width but figure I give it a mention. Then again... this can kinda mess up the animation if one were to change the graphic to something else due to the different scroll speeds at different widths, as long as it's not below 320 as that will crash the game.
