[2.2.11] LSSTATIC can crash the game if it's width is below 320.
Trying to figure out how the static effect works which is the LSSTATIC
Graphic since it's now whitelisted. By default, the width of it is 2048 and I thought that due to how big the width is... is how it was being animated so I tried shrinking it down to 160... and the game crashed when it tried to render it. Doing some testing... I found out that it will only crash if it's below 320 width.
The time it takes for it to crash depends on how small the graphic is width-wise, with 319 being the longest time because if the graphic's width is 320+, the game will not crash and will remain frozen without any animation.
